Hi, I'm Ritika.

Former educator · Learning specialist · Brooklyn-based

I spent over a decade in classrooms across New York and internationally — including six years working with neurodiverse learners in Singapore — before shifting into learning design and curriculum development.

I've worked with students who have IEPs, ADHD, and dyslexia. I've worked with kids who just needed someone to slow down and meet them where they are. What I've learned is that when a student finally clicks with something, it's almost never about the content — it's about finding the way in.

That's what I do. I help kids find their way in.

Let's talk about your child

Support that meets your child where they are

No scripts, no one-size-fits-all worksheets. We start with your kid and build from there.

📖

Reading & Writing

Building fluency, comprehension, and written expression — at every level, from early readers to college essays.

🧠

Executive Function

Planning, organization, time management, and focus — especially for students whose brains work differently.

📚

General Academic Support

Math, science, history, test prep — we cover the subjects, and we build the skills to carry across all of them.

💪

Study Skills & Habits

Practical systems that actually stick — so your kid isn't starting from scratch every semester.

Confidence Building

Because the mindset matters as much as the material. We work on both, every session.

👪

Parent Partnership

I keep you looped in and give you tools to support at home — because learning doesn't stop at the session.

Simple from the start

1

Book a free intro call

We talk about your child — their needs, their personality, what's been working and what hasn't. No pressure, no commitment.

2

We build a plan together

Based on your child's goals and how they learn best, I put together an approach that actually fits them.

3

We find our rhythm

Weekly sessions, consistent check-ins, and real progress — at a pace that works for your family.
